Use of Services
You may use DockFreight only for lawful freight management and logistics purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models, or use the service to transmit harmful content.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
Intellectual Property
DockFreight Inc. retains all rights to the DockFreight platform, including our AI models, algorithms, and software. You retain ownership of your shipment data and business information uploaded to the platform.
Limitation of Liability
DockFreight Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Route optimization and delivery predictions are provided as recommendations and do not constitute guarantees.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York, USA.
